Accessibility statement

Level of accessibility

The site was made accessible according to Israeli standard IS 5568 level AA. The work followed WCAG 2.1 AA, which contains all of 2.0.

How we check it

Accessibility is checked automatically on every change to the site: if the check finds a fault, the change does not go live. On top of that, the whole buying journey — from the catalogue to payment — has been walked through with the keyboard alone, no mouse, in all three languages and on narrow screens. This is ongoing work, not a one-off audit.

What has been done

Full keyboard navigation, including dialogs that keep focus inside and close with Escape. A visible focus outline on every control. Contrast checked against the standard: at least 4.5:1 for body text, and at least 3:1 for large text, icons and the boundaries of controls. Alternative descriptions for images. A clear heading structure. Screen reader support, including announcing how many results were found and the error messages in forms. The site does not break when text is enlarged to 200%, or on a screen 320 points wide. Full right-to-left Hebrew support.

Known limitations

The map on the contact page is an embedded Google service, and its accessibility is not within our control; the address and opening hours are written next to it as ordinary text, so the map is not needed to find us. Individual pages may still hold faults we have not found yet. We keep testing the site and fixing what we find. If anything makes the site hard to use, call us: we will take your order by phone. And do tell us about the problem, so we can fix it.

Accessibility of the shop

The shop is fully accessible: there are ramps on the street and in the building, and access meets the standard. We are glad to help with any question.
