Terms and conditions

These terms govern your use of the site and any order you place with צילום אמילי שוורצמן. Buying from us means you accept them.

Last updated: 09.08.2026

General

This site is operated by צילום אמילי שוורצמן, business number 213670474, at 13 David Remez St., Netanya. We offer photo printing, personalised photo gifts and print services.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted only once payment is confirmed. Prices are in shekels and include VAT. Photo printing has a minimum charge: if the printing in your order comes to less than that, the difference is added as a separate line, shown in the basket and at checkout before you pay. We may change prices; if a price changed while an item sat in your basket, you will see the new total before paying, and you will never be charged an amount you did not confirm.

The photos you upload

By uploading a photo you confirm that you own the rights to it or have permission to use it. We do not review the content of photos and are not responsible for infringement of third-party rights. We may refuse to print offensive or unlawful content and cancel the order with a full refund.

Print quality

The result depends on the file you upload. A low-resolution photo may look blurred at a large size: we never stretch a photo artificially to fit the format — we print at the resolution the file actually has. In "fill" mode the edges may be cropped; in "fit" mode white margins may appear. We print according to the choice made in the order.

Collection

Orders are collected from the shop at 13 David Remez St., Netanya during opening hours. We will email you when yours is ready. When delivery is available, its cost, timing and terms are shown at checkout before you pay; if no delivery option appears there, the order is collection only.

Cancellation

Products made specially for you — photo prints, photo gifts, photoblock, frames cut to size — are produced personally for you, so once production has started they cannot be cancelled or returned; that is how the Israeli consumer protection law works. Before production starts you can cancel: write or call us and we refund the full amount. Ready-made products that were not personalised — shelf frames and albums, for example — can be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused and in their original condition. We do not charge a cancellation fee, although the law allows one. Refunds go back the way you paid, within 14 days of the day you told us.

Faulty goods

If a product arrives damaged, wrong or not as ordered, tell us within 14 days of receiving it. We will fix it, print it again or refund you - your choice - with nothing deducted: you do not pay for our mistake. Refunds are made within 14 days. None of this limits your rights under the law.

File retention

Files from an unfinished order are deleted after 7 days — that is how long you have to come back, add photos and pay. Files from a paid order are kept for 30 days in case you reorder, then deleted along with the order itself. We do not archive your photos and do not keep them beyond that period, so please keep your own copy.

Liability

We work to keep the site available and correct, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, fault-free operation. For loss arising from the order itself, our liability is limited to the value of that order. This limit does not apply where the law does not allow it, and nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Israeli consumer protection law or any other law.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel. Jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Israel, and nothing here removes your right to sue in the court where you live. Before going to court, write or call us — most things are settled in one conversation.
