Who is responsible for your data

What we collect

When you order: name, phone, email address, and a delivery address if you choose delivery. We also store the photos you upload and the details of the order itself. Card details never pass through our servers and are not stored by us at all.

Why

To produce your order, contact you about it, issue an invoice and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Photos from an unfinished order are deleted automatically after 7 days. Photos from a paid order after 30 days, and the order itself is removed from the site along with them. Deletion runs on a schedule, without you having to ask. The tax invoice stays in the accounting system for as long as the law requires.

Who we share it with

Only to the service providers the site cannot run without: site hosting, storage for the photos you upload, the payment provider, the service that sends our email, the service that collects technical errors and an anonymous visit-statistics service. Each receives only the data it needs to do its job. We do not sell data and we do not pass it on for advertising. Some of these services are outside Israel — in Europe and the United States — so the data is processed and stored there. We choose providers that meet the level of protection expected in the European Union.

Cookies

The site uses functional cookies only: the interface language and admin sign-in. Your basket and the links to photos you have already uploaded are held in your browser's own storage rather than in cookies, and stay on your device. Visit statistics are collected without cookies and do not identify you personally. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, which is why the site shows no cookie consent banner.

What we send you

We only write about your order: the confirmation with the receipt, and a message when the order is ready. We do not send marketing. If we ever start, it will only be with your separate consent, and you will always be able to opt out.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, and ask us to delete it, subject to retention periods set by law. Contact us at infozoom4u@gmail.com or 09-887-7747. We will reply within the period the law sets. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.

Security

The site runs over an encrypted connection. Access to order data is limited to the owner and authorised staff. Payment details go straight to the payment provider and are not accessible to us.
